Connex Education is recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to support children within a primary and nursery setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting children through play-based learning
• Helping develop communication and language
• Supporting early literacy and numeracy
• Working with individuals and small groups
• Encouraging independence
• Supporting positive behaviour
• Working alongside the class teacher

We’re Looking For

• Previous EYFS or Nursery experience
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification would be advantageous
• Caring and patient approach
• Good understanding of child development
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and enthusiastic attitude
