What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking individuals with a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. You’ll need to be well-organized, possess great customer service skills, and be eager to support colleagues in a team-oriented environment. A passion for education and an ability to work independently are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting candidates who have applied to work with Connex
• Sourcing suitable teaching candidates via job boards and other platforms
• Interviewing and registering candidates
• Ensuring all application forms and required documents are completed
• Handling DBS applications and compliance checks
• Managing candidate progress through compliance procedures
• Supporting consultants with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Responding to queries from candidates and placing job adverts
