Are you an experienced recruitment professional with a passion for education and safeguarding? Join Connex Education, a leading UK provider of staffing solutions for schools, nurseries, and colleges.
We are expanding our Nottingham team operations and therefore are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a lucrative, exciting, fast paced desk with a guaranteed body of exclusive clients procured via our commercially outstanding Managed Service Provider (MSP) acquisition model.
What You’ll Do
- Fill bookings provided via our MSP platform from specific, exclusive clients of Connex Education
- Ensure internal communications with our internal MSP team are efficient and productive
- Source, screen, and clear job seekers for roles in education settings
- Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and recruitment standards
- Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- An experienced recruiter with demonstrable experience of building desks
- Exceptional proactivity and the ability to work at pace
- Ability to adapt to processes and to identify and suggest process improvements
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude and resilient mindset
