£400-£600 per week (dependent on experience)
About Us
Connex Education work with a number of schools in the Derby area to provide supply staff.
All roles are available for immediate start, with both short-term and long-term positions on offer.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Supply Classroom Supervisors to join our team working across various schools in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and can maintain a positive learning environment.
About the Role:
We require dedicated professionals to supervise classes in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring continuity of education and maintaining classroom discipline. The position offers flexible working arrangements and competitive rates of pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during lesson times, following prepared lesson plans and maintaining order in the classroom
- Ensure students remain on task and complete assigned work
- Monitor student behaviour and implement appropriate behaviour management strategies
- Record attendance and report any concerns to relevant staff members
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of classroom resources
- Provide feedback on student behaviour and work completion to permanent staff
