£400-£600 per week (dependent on experience)

About the Role

Connex Education is working with nurseries and primary schools in Beeston and surrounding areas to recruit passionate Early Years Teaching Assistants. You will be supporting the development and learning of children in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning through play-based activities
• Assist with the planning and implementation of the EYFS curriculum
• Observe and assess children’s development and maintain learning journals
• Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment
• Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality early childhood education

Assignment Details

Roles are available for immediate start, with both short-term and long-term positions on offer throughout Beeston and surrounding areas.

Person Specification

We’re looking for individuals who are patient, energetic, and have a genuine enthusiasm for early childhood development. While previous experience in an Early Years setting is advantageous, we value candidates who demonstrate natural ability to engage with young children and support their development.

No specific qualifications are required as we provide comprehensive training through Connex Academy. We focus on your natural affinity with children and commitment to early education.
