Person Specification
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and currently completing or recently completed your ECT training.
• Passion for education and helping young people reach their full potential.
• Strong classroom presence and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Commitment to creating inclusive learning environments.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
