We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to manage and grow a warm desk in Leicester. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing relationships with both new and existing schools in the Leicester area, understanding their unique staffing needs (you’ll need a driver’s license and regular access to a car for client visits).
- Recruiting and promoting highly qualified candidates to schools for supply and long-term roles.
- Managing and nurturing established relationships with schools, ensuring we continue to provide top-tier service.
- Matching candidates to roles that align with their skills and career goals, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Efficiently managing payroll and ensuring smooth operations.
- Meeting and interviewing prospective candidates to expand our talent pool.
- Taking ownership of your workload and meeting the demands of an active desk.
What We Offer You:
- Competitive salary and an excellent commission structure from day one. On-target earnings in Year 1: £35k, Year 2: £50k, Year 3: £70k+.
