Connex Education is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Qualified Teachers (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work in a variety of schools across Redbridge. Assignment Details
- Start Date: Flexible – ongoing opportunities available.
- Hours: Typically, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday (term-time only).
- Roles available for daily supply, short-term cover, and long-term positions.
Person Specification
We are looking for teachers with the following attributes:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils effectively.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to raising standards of learning.
- Adaptability to work in different school environments and support children of varying abilities and backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with school staff and parents.
- Knowledge of the UK curriculum and ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working in diverse educational settings, including SEND provisions.
- Knowledge of differentiation strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
- Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities or school initiatives.
