Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Swansea and Neath Port Talbot
Salary: £80 per day (Can negotiate pay dependant on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: ASAP
Position: Full Time and part time
Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one. EWC registered.
About the role
We are currently recruiting a passionate Teaching Assistant to work within the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot area. The successor will have the ability to communicate clearly with pupils, can create encouraging learning environments and is passionate about education.
Your duties will include getting the classroom ready for lesson, assisting the teacher in preparing materials and equipment, recording, and reporting pupil progression. You will be required to support the teacher with behaviour management and provide a healthy and safe learning environment.
About the school
Our client is a Primary School who put the children’s happiness and security at the forefront of everything they do. They support pupils and utilise the strategies of ‘My Happy Minds’.
Assignment Details
The role is to start ASAP and will be a potential long-term for the right candidate.
