About the Role

Connex Education is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work  at a primary school in the Arnold area. You’ll be providing specialist support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping them access the curriculum and thrive in their educational environment.

Assignment Details

• Position available for immediate start
• Regular Friday placement in a Year 1/2 class
• Supporting children with various special educational needs
• Opportunity to make a significant difference in young learners’ development

Person Specification

Experience working with children with special educational needs is beneficial, but we’re primarily looking for individuals who are patient, compassionate, and committed to inclusive education. You should have a genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs and helping them reach their potential.

We don’t require specific qualifications as we provide full training through Connex Academy. We focus on your transferable skills and positive attitude towards supporting children with diverse learning needs.
