1:1 Teaching Assistant
£400- £450 Per Week depending on experience
About the role
Connex Education are currently recruiting for a Primary School teaching assistant to work at a school in Wigan. The role will be general TA work in the classroom and also work in small groups of pupils.

The school are looking for a TA who is hard working, willing to help others and has experience with working with pupils with SEN.
Assignment Details
The role will be working for 8.30am – 3.30pm 5 days a week. You will be helping pupils complete their work inside and sometimes outside of the classroom in small groups.

Person Specification
- Have experience working with children with SEN in a mainstream or SEN School.
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one.
- The ability to build new relationships with staff and pupils
- Be able to manage challenging behaviour
