Teaching Assistant
£400 – £470 a week.
Location: Small Heath
**About the role**
Connex Education are currently recruiting for Qualified and Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support in a Mainstream Primary School in Small Heath. This role includes supporting classes with mixed age groups across KS1 and KS2 and varied needs and abilities, supporting their social, emotional and mental health.

**Role Requirements**
- Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is essential.
- Previous experience working with SEN Students would be desirable.
- Team Teach trained would also be desirable.
- Previous experience working in Educational is essential.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
