£425 – £475 per week (dependent on experience)

Connex Education Partnership is working with a Primary school in Warrington who are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team. The head of this school is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide support to a Year 4 pupil who is struugling to maintain a daily routine within the classroom and form relationships, ideally school require someone with SEN experience who can support the pupil and have good Math’s and English skills. For this role we do require someone who is strong with behaviour management, the idea is to keep the pupil on task and help them settle into a daily rotine. Working hours are 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday and is continious as long as funding remains available.
The school have a dedicated network of staff, in which Teachers and Support Staff work together to esnure appropiate support is available.
This role is to start immediately and I am looking at speaking with interested candidates as soon as possible.

Person Specification:
- Have experience of supporting pupils with SEN or working 1;1
- Be confident in working with challenging behaviour
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
