Connex Education is delighted to be working with a friendly and inclusive primary school looking to appoint a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant from September. This rewarding opportunity will see you supporting a pupil on an individual basis, helping them to access learning, build confidence and reach their full potential within a nurturing classroom environment.
The school has a strong commitment to inclusive education and works collaboratively to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive. You’ll become part of an experienced and welcoming staff team who value teamwork, communication and creating positive outcomes for all pupils.

Vacancy Details
• Experience supporting children within a school, childcare or SEND setting is desirable
• Knowledge of Autism, ADHD or additional learning needs is advantageous but not essential
• Calm, patient and nurturing approach
• Ability to build positive, trusting relationships
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, flexible and committed to supporting children’s development
• A genuine passion for helping every child succeed
