What You’ll Do:
- Support Learning: Work closely with teachers to reinforce lessons, assist with activities, and provide personalized support to students.
- Encourage Growth: Help students build confidence, manage their learning goals, and develop essential skills.
- Create a Positive Environment: Assist in creating a welcoming, inclusive classroom where students feel valued and motivated.
- Be a Role Model: Display patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to foster a culture of respect and curiosity.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about Education: You care about student development and want to make a meaningful contribution.
- Adaptable and Resourceful: You can think on your feet, adjust to different situations, and find creative ways to support learning.
- Team-Oriented: You enjoy working with others, sharing ideas, and contributing to a positive school environment.
- Experience: have experience within schools, care work or completed a education qualification.
Requirements:
- minimum C/4 in Maths and English or hold a qualification in level 2 plus.
- A genuine interest in education and helping students succeed.
