Role: Primary Teacher
Location: St Helens area
Daily rate: £110-£150 per day (based on experience/qualifications)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-3:30
Connex Education are seeking a dedicated and proactive primary teacher for an upcoming role in the St Helens area. We are recruiting for a Year 1 teacher from Monday 6th January on a temporary basis through until Easter 2025. There will possibly be a view for this to continue for some time into the summer term.
We are encouraging any interested teachers to apply as soon as possible. Ideally, the school would like to organise some weeks of supply prior to Christmas as a handover period.

- Day-to-day sickness cover.
- Pre-planned PPA cover across EYFS, Key Stages 1 and 2.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desire to make a difference and inspire.
- Experience teaching in primary schools.
- DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through us.
- Ability to provide 2 references.
