Job Role: Year 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Prescot, Knowsley
Salaray: £80-£90 per day depending on experience

Connex Education works exclusively with a range of schools across Merseyside. We are currently recruiting for a full-time TA to support in a Year 3 class following the February half-term with a lovely school based in the Prescot area of Knowsley.

Assignment details:
You will be supporting in a Year 3 classroom as a general TA support. Whilst you will not be working in a 1:1 capacity, you may on occasion help support pupils with SEN in small groups. This post will commence on Monday 24th February and will run through until July 2025. There is options to gain permanent employment with the school directly for the right person. The hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30-3:30.

Person specification:
- Proactive attitude with good communication skills
- Experience in working with KS1/KS2 curriculums
- Confident in dealing with challenging behaviour
- The ability to build relationships with staff and pupils
- Able to provide a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
