About the role
Connex Education are working with a mainstream primary school who uses regular cover for Primary Teachers. This school is now seeking a KS2 teacher for their Mixed KS2 class, ideally starting on 1st September 2026. This cover is ongoing and for the right teacher this could possibly lead to a permanent part time position.
About the school
As a Primary Teacher with Connex you will be working within this welcoming school along the North Sea Coast area and will be welcomed by a lovely team of staff and pupils. The school is very small and has mixed classes.
Assignment Details
This role is a part time post requiring you to be in school 2 days per week. Thursdays & Fridays. This role is working with ages Y4 – Y6 and would involve a level of planning and liasion with the other class teacher.

Person Specification
- Qualified Teaching Status
- Have experience of teaching pupils in a primary school setting
- Be confident covering and teaching a full classroom
- Good Knowledge and experience teaching KS2 curriculum
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one with Connex
