You must have
- Driven to provide a high level of customer service to candidates.
- Motivated to continuously grow alongside Connex and our MV agreements.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willing to think outside of the box.
- Excellent personal skills and must be passionate about delivering an excellent service.
- Competent with Microsoft office packages

Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates by using the very best candidate attraction methods on the market.
- Interview candidates for both day to day and Long-Term roles
- Understand our stringent compliance procedures, whilst clearing candidates as quickly as possible
- Ensuring our systems and trackers are up to date and a daily basis
