- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
- Degree in relevant subject area
- Proven track record of outstanding teaching and student progress
- Strong classroom management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
- Enhanced DBS check required
