Salary: Up to £500 per week (based on experience)
Monday to Friday- Term time only
Role Overview: Connex Education seeks passionate English graduates to work as a cover supervisors in a secondary school based in Hartlepool .
Ideal for aspiring teachers or graduates seeking meaningful educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage English language and literature lessons during teacher absences
- Follow schemes of working created in subject- all lessons planned
- Create engaging learning environments
- Supervise and support student learning and behavior
- Provide constructive feedback and administrative support
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Language, Humanities, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and working with young people
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
- Confidence in public speaking and group engagement
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
