As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be more than an instructor; you’ll be a mentor, guide, and critical support system for students. Connex Education is actively recruiting an exceptional 1:1 Teaching Assistant with specialized experience in supporting students, especially those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), in school settings.

Role Requirements

  • Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning is desirable although not essential
  • Previous experience working in Education, Healthcare or Youth work in the UK
  • A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education
