SEND Teaching Assistant
£400 – £470 a week.
Location: Great Barr, Birmingham

You will need to be confident going into a classroom and building strong relationships with pupils in both small groups and on a 1:1 basis. We are looking for a capable individual that understands being a SEN Teaching Assistant is not simply a job role, it is a way of life. **Role Requirements**
- Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is essential.
- Previous experience working with SEN Students would be desirable.
- Team Teach trained would also be desirable.
- Previous experience working in Educational is essential.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
