Job Description:
Connex Education is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a supportive and dynamic team in Mapperley. This full-time position is available for 1 term, starting in January 2025, with a commitment of 53 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality early years education to children aged 3-5 years.
- Plan, implement, and assess engaging lessons that support the development of children.
- Confidently teach phonics and early literacy skills, ensuring effective progress.
- Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with staff and parents to support the individual needs of each child.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working in Early Years Education (EYFS).
- Strong understanding of the Early Years curriculum and the importance of phonics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with young learners.
- Passion for early childhood development and education.
- A caring, proactive, and confident approach to teaching.
