Assignment Details
As an English Teacher your primary responsibility will be to manage classrooms and ensure continuity of learning. Key duties include:
- Implementing lesson plans
- Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
- Managing student behavior and promoting engagement
- Providing feedback on student progress and any issues that arise
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to cover lessons

Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge in English langauage and Literature
- Proven experience teaching at secondary level
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
