Job Title: Nursery Key Worker
Location: Lambeth, London
Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, Temp-to-perm
Salary: Starting £15/hour, raising to £18 after 3 months in-post

One of the lovely Nursery Schools we work alongside are looking to recruit an Early Years Educator to be a key worker in their 3-year-old space. The role has an immediate start date and would run through to July 2025, with the view of the role becoming permanent in September 2025.

What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of Level 3 qualification related to Early Years (essential)
- Early Years’ experience (essential)
- Updated paediatric first aid training (desirable)
- A genuine love for working with children.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience and a caring personality.
