All roles are available for immediate start, with both short-term and long-term positions on offer.

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and capable Cover Supervisors to join our school community. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring students remain engaged with pre-planned work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absence, maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring students complete set work
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively using the school’s behaviour policy and reward systems
- Provide constructive feedback to teachers about student progress and behaviour during covered lessons
- Support the preparation of classroom resources and assist with display work when required
- Participate in duty rotas and contribute to the wider school community
Essential Requirements
- Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow teachers’ lesson plans
- Good organizational abilities and flexibility to adapt to different subject areas
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
