About the role
Connex Education is working with a large school based in Middlesbrough who are seeking an experienced level 2 teaching assistant to support their students in KS3 and KS4.
The school have a fantastic inclusion team who all have the same passion for ensuring students success, despite any barriers to learning.
This role is a long term placement with the potential to lead to permanent work within the school.
Person Specification
- Have experience of supporting children with SEN, this can be either within a school, or a care setting.
- Be passionate about supprting students
- Be reliable and a great role model
- Be confident in working with challenging behaviour
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
