About the role
Connex Education are seeking an experienced Math’s Teacher to join our team.
This is a long term, full time role working 5 days per week, commencing as soon as possible with the view to continue for the full academic year, with permanent opportunities for the suitable candidate. The salary is payable from MPS1-UPS1. Applications are welcome from teachers at any stage in their career including Early Career Teachers.
Our client is seeking to appoint a committed & enthusiastic teacher who enjoys working as a member of a team and is constantly seeking ways in which they can improve on their current practice. A positive attitude towards the use of IT is essential. The successful applicant will have good self-organisational skills.

Person Specification
- Previous experience working in a challenging school / SEN environment is advantageous.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- QTS / QTLS or equivalent
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or prepared to apply for a new one.
- An outstanding practitioner with high expectations.
