Are you passionate about guiding and empowering others to reach their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Mentor to provide face-to-face support in Leeds to a year 10 pupil who has keen interests in Xbox and outdoor activities including: Football, biking etc
About the Role
As a Mentor, you will:
- Offer personalised guidance and support to individuals seeking personal or professional development.
- Build meaningful, trust-based relationships to foster confidence and growth.
- Help the pupil set and achieve their goals through encouragement and practical advice.
- Provide insights and strategies to overcome challenges and navigate transitions.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold a professional, non-judgmental approach.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives.
- The ability to adapt to flexible hours and diverse client needs.
- A friendly, approachable personality and a problem-solving mindset.
- A practical approach to mentoring this pupil.
