About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL teacher to join our successful Languages department. The role involves teaching French and/or Spanish to students across both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Job Description and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging MFL lessons for KS3 and KS4 students following department schemes of work
- Prepare and enter students for GCSE examinations
- Monitor and assess student progress through regular marking and feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement
- Contribute to departmental resources and sharing of best practices
- Lead extra-curricular activities such as language clubs or revision sessions
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status,PGCE OR QTLS
- Degree in French/Spanish or related field
- Experience teaching MFL at KS3 and KS4 levels
- Strong language skills in French and/or Spanish
- Excellent classroom management abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
