Connex Education are working in partnership with a local Primary School in Malpas who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work throughout KS1 and KS2 The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons to pupils. Salary is dependant on experience.
The successful candidate doesn’t necessarily need experience, however, has the resilience and confidence to support a child who may try and push the boundaries. We offer a range of free CPD training which is available once you have completed the registration with Connex. If you would consider yourself a positive and effective communicator, who can promote a child’s independence, then this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to our students.
- Assisting with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
- Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help.
- Monitoring and recording student progress.
- Assisting with the supervision of students during break times and lunchtimes.
