Role: Teaching Assistant (1:1)
Location: Bootle, Wirral
Salary: £85-90 per day (depending on experience/qualifications)
Working Days: Monday-Friday, 8:30-3.30
Connex Education are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable teaching assistant to join our agency in the Sefton area. We are working closely with a fantastic primary school in the Bootle area who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to help support a pupil with ASD in Year 1.
We are seeking candidates who have experience in 1:1 roles with ASD, and those who are available for full-time hours.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Level 2/3 teaching assistant or childcare qualification is desirable, however those without a qualification but relevant experience will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- SEN experience – ASD/ADHD/SEMH
- The ability to adapt to different learning.
- Experience with the EYFS/KS1 curriculum.
- It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
