Role: Year 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Formby
Salary: £425-£450 per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Working Days: Mon-Fri (8.45am-3.15pm)
Connex Education are working with an excellent primary school in Formby who are recruiting a teaching assistant to support a child in Year 3.
About the School:
The school has been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and Connex Education have been working in partnership with the school for 5 years. Supportive staff, and an excellent senior leadership team, make it a wonderful working environment for teaching assistants.
About the role:
The role will consist of supporting a child in Year 3 who has visual and speech and language needs. The role will be until the end of the academic school year and the school are a seeking a Level 2 qualified teaching assistant.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is essential.
- Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt to different learning needs.
- It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
