About the Role
Connex Education work with multi academy trusts such as flying high trust and are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Classroom Supervisors to join primary schools across Nottingham. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in education or those seeking flexible work within school hours. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive learning environment and managing classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences.
- Support students with their learning and ensure school policies are upheld.
- Provide feedback on student behaviour and participation.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children (either in a school or similar setting).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A current DBS check on the update service, or willingness to get a new one
