Role: 1-1 Teaching Assistant

Rate of pay: £400 – £450 – Dependant on experience

Connex Education is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant with experience in school settings, particularly with SEN students. In this role, you’ll be working closely with a lively and energetic KS2 student diagnosed with ADHD and ASD. If you can keep him engaged, focused, and support his educational journey while fostering a positive, trusting relationship, we’d love to hear from you.

**Role Requirements**

  • Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is required.
  • Previous experience working in Educational is essential.
  • A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
