Assignment Details
Working as an Alternative Provision Co-ordinator, the school is looking for someone with passion for working in Alternative Provision. With a strong back ground in behaviour management and being able to de-escalate situations. Also a background of teaching or leading small groups or one to one.
The role is working 32.5 hours a week term time and Monday to Friday

Person Specification For Unqualified Teacher
- Have some experience working with young people in either a school setting or a similar environment, i.e- NCS / Sports coaching etc
- Be confident in your ability to lead a class of children aged 11-16 years
- Be able to work well with challenging behaviour
- Hold strong communication skills both orally and written
- Willing to undergo continual professional training
- Able to work under pressure effectively and ‘think on your feet’
- Ambitious and enthusiastic with a ‘can do attitude’ and good sense of humour
- Be able to commute to Immingham and surrounding areas
