About the role
Connex Education is working with a Primary School in Pinxton who are recruiting for a part-time SEND Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support. The position is for morning sessions (9am-12pm, Monday to Friday) starting after October half term.
About the school
You will be providing dedicated one-to-one support in a mainstream primary setting, helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for your assigned pupil during morning sessions.
Requirements:
- Teaching Assistant qualification required
- Previous experience working with SEND pupils either in a school or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
- Current DBS on the update service or willing to obtain a new one
