About the Role
Connex Education are seeking an experienced SEND teaching assistant to work in a primary school in Pinxton, Nottingham. As a SEND teaching assistant, you will provide support to students who need extra learning assistance, catering to a range of needs including autism.
Assignment Details
- Immediate start available
- Monday to Friday, mornings only
- Potential to continue until the end of the academic year
Person Specification
We are seeking an experienced SEND teaching assistant with:
- Proven experience working with children with special educational needs
- Strong understanding of various SEND requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a primary school setting
- Ability to work effectively as part of a school support team
- Excellent communication skills with both children and staff
