Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: £80 per day (Can negotiate pay dependant on experience and qualifications)

Requirements: Enhanced child and adult DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one. EWC registered.
About the role
We are working with a school that specializes in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), that is dedicated to providing tailored support and individualized learning experiences for pupils with diverse needs. These schools create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every pupil can thrive, offering specialized resources, therapies, and personalized curricula. Trained staff work closely with families and external professionals to ensure that each child’s unique strengths and challenges are addressed, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development. About the school
The school itself provides an inclusive and engaging learning environment, with a key focus of increasing opportunities for all. The school supports pupils with additional learning needs, many of which have additional ‘barriers to learning’. This would include ADHD, ASD, SEMH, and SpLD. Although sometimes challenging, you will not find job satisfaction like it anywhere else.
Assignment Details
The role is to start ASAP and will be a potential long-term for the right candidate.
