Are you seeking flexible work as a SEND Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant in East London? Connex Education is partnering with several schools in the area, actively seeking both ad-hoc staff for daily cover and long-term supply staff.
The schools we collaborate with cater to diverse additional needs, including Autism, SEMH, SLD, MLD, PMLD, and challenging behavior. We are actively seeking dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants for day-to-day assignments.
Key Responsibilities of a SEND Teaching Assistant:
– Provide support to students, staff, and families, fostering positive relationships.
– Collaborate with staff to develop tailored learning plans and pathways, facilitating personal growth in students.
– Demonstrate commitment to enhancing students’ lives socially, physically, or academically.
– Exhibit proficiency in offering intimate care to students when necessary.
– Demonstrate resilience, quick thinking, and adaptability in various environments.

Experience required:
