The mainstream primary school we’re partnered with has a number of children with SEND needs, including Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour. We are actively seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants for various assignments, including working 1:1 with SEND pupils for additional support.
Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
– Provide tailored assistance to students, staff, and families, fostering positive relationships.
– Collaborate with staff to develop personalized learning plans and pathways, supporting student growth.
– Demonstrate dedication to improving students’ lives socially, physically, or academically.
– Show proficiency in offering necessary support to students, including working 1:1 with SEND pupils.
– Exhibit resilience, adaptability, and quick thinking in different environments.

Experience required:
