Classroom Cover Supervisor

£450 to £600 per week.
Connex Education are recruiting for Classroom Cover Supervisors for Multi Academy Trusts across Derby
Classroom Supervisors are responsible for:
- Maintaining a safe, productive, tidy, and harmonious classroom environment in the absence of the class teacher;
- Motivating pupils to stay on task with any pre-set exercises assigned by their teacher;
- Guiding pupils through the steps to complete tasks;
- Providing any materials or tools needed to complete a pre-prepared task;
- Assisting pupils in following pre-prepared material in accordance with their school’s policy;
- Working across different curriculum areas, including various subjects;
- Communicating with the absent teacher and forwarding the completed exercises to them.
While experience is beneficial, we are more interested in compassionate, caring, and patient individuals who are passionate about working with children and dedicated to making a difference in pupils’ lives.
